At PROCAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt. All returned equipment must be in original, mint condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PROCAM account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, then place that inside a separate shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to PROCAM
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outer box, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the gear's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
